Hello 2011!
Chris and I stayed up to welcome the new year in OUR time-zone (Central) despite the fact that only 1 television station bothered to cover it here in Chi-town. Thank you ABC 7 Chicago!!!! We were both amazed that FOX skipped over Central entirely and went from New York directly to Las Vegas. We were both like "What just happened?" when they all the sudden were broadcasting from inside of casinos. Whatever. This is why we don't watch FOX, this, and the fact that they cancelled Firefly and won't give up the rights to air it on another network. - yeah, so there's that. However, FOX DOES employ one super-awesome reporter named Trish Van Pilsum and I follow her stories on the net, if you haven't seen them, google her!
Anyway, we welcomed 2011 with a kiss and a few kicks from our little guy on the inside, and have acknowledged that he is going to come when he wants to, and that our pattern of "Every 2 years" is now officially broken.-HA! We are patiently awaiting this little guy, and in the mean time, are going to be as prepared as we can be, and enjoy the last few days as a family of 5. :-)

You are too cute! I know what you mean about FOX skipping over the midwest. Super annoying. I'm going to complain when I get back to work tomorrow. They've got a real "coast" mentality. I can remember when ABC did the same thing. I'm sure they heard about it, too. We had a quiet night, but it was nice. We watched the ball drop... on ABC. I like to be home so I can kiss my kids Happy New Year first thing. My hubby, too, of course. Happy New Year to you and your family. Waiting for baby with baited breath....
